Classic Stoneworks is now hiring a Project Manager / Inside Sales!
As a Project Manager/Inside Sales, you will work closely with partners, homeowners, and contractors to oversee and coordinate each customer’s project from beginning to end, ensuring that all expectations are met. You will communicate regularly with all departments to ensure all order specifications are met.
We seek a customer-focused professional who excels in organization and process management and is willing to multitask. The ideal candidate will easily handle challenging situations, take pride in their work, and maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance. Teamwork and consideration for others are essential attributes for the role, and flexibility and willingness to go above and beyond to fulfill our commitments are also qualities we value.
Tasks
Handling email, telephone, and SMS communication;
Creating and following up on quotes, including sending photos, reviews, and gifts to customers;
Reviewing work for production and managing installation schedule acting as an interface between sales and production to ensure success from pre to post-installation stages;
Managing administrative purchasing processes;
Conducting inventory control and implementing “material tag” systems for slabs and remnants;

My husband and I found Classic Stoneworks while looking to redo our kitchen. We did a lot of research and went to quite a few other local stone places to look at slabs and meet with their teams. Carolina’s professionalism, design eye, and overall knowledge set her apart from the rest. Her pricing was competitive and her installation team were incredible to work with. Midway through, we switched up the design slightly and decided to go with stone for the backsplash and window sil above the window as well. From start to finish she was easy to work with, communication was seamless, and the job came out beyond our expectations. We are now working with her on a bathroom renovation and plan to work with her for our basement bar top in the near future.

I am not one to leave reviews whether they be good or bad, but felt compelled to share my gratitude for the work that was recently completed at my home. It was a small addition to an existing countertop that had been installed by Carolina and her crew. My initial thoughts were that it would not be a priority because of the size of the job. However, I couldn’t have been more wrong. She sent her very professional crew, Vinny and Ramon, on a Thursday to complete a template, and to my surprise it was ready to be installed on the following Monday.
They were prompt, professional, courteous, and social throughout the whole installation process. Carolina followed up on multiple occasions to see how the insulation was progressing and that we were satisfied with the work that was performed.
My wife and I could not have been more thrilled with the completed project.

Classic Stoneworks recently installed soapstone and quartz countertops and a fireplace surround in my house. They were incredibly responsive. They measured soon after my cabinets were delivered and then installed the stone a week later. The workers who installed the stone were careful, considerate and very capable.
