Responsabilities
Accurately measure and create templates for stone countertops at customer locations
Use templating tools and technology (e.g., laser templating devices) to ensure precision.
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
Provide professional and courteous service during site visits.
Prepare detailed and accurate templates, sketches, and measurements.
Ensure all necessary information is documented and communicated to the fabrication team.
Double-check all measurements and templates for accuracy.
Identify and address potential issues before fabrication.
Work closely with the sales, design, and fabrication teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Schedule templating appointments and coordinate with clients to ensure timely completion.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the templating process.
Provide recommendations for design adjustments or improvements.
Experience
Proven experience in templating stone countertops or similar roles in the construction or renovation industry.
Familiarity with templating tools and technology.
